We're looking forward to celebrating with you!
Because of the Christmas/summer holiday period, we need numbers for catering, bar (i.e. how many bottles of wine do we need to order, will there be enough glasses etc), furniture hire (yes, we need to organise everything including chairs and tables) earlier than usual - can you please let me know ASAP whether you will be attending (or not attending) and any dietary requirements that need to be aware of (we already have about 10 gluten free/10 vegos/2 lactose intolerant/2 nut allergies and 1 weirdo who can't deal with citrus so don't worry you will be catered for).
Please also let me know if you are intending to attend the Sunday brunch for all of the same reasons!
